What time zone is the event based on?

The sessions are displayed in Eastern Time.

How many CEC are available?

The conference is offering up to 11.25 credits. The amount of credits you receive is based on the number of sessions you attend.

Visit Continuing Education (found on the Home page) for a detailed breakdown of credit hours available and instructions for receiving credit. 

How will I get my CE certificate?

At the conclusion of the conference, you will need to complete the Overall Conference Evaluation and CEU Request Form. You must self-attest to the sessions you attended and submit a completed evaluation form in order to receive credits. You will then receive your certificate via email within 2 weeks.

How do I access the sessions?

You can access the sessions by visiting the Home page and selecting the date on which you would like to view sessions.

All sessions use Zoom. You must have Zoom loaded onto your computer to access the sessions.

How do I join a session?

Once you have found the session you would like to attend, click on the “Join Session” button to enter the Zoom session. You must have Zoom loaded onto your computer to access the sessions.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. All sessions will be recorded and made available within 2 weeks after the conference has ended.

I cannot see the video content. What should I do?

Please use the Google Chrome web browser to view the conference sessions. Other web browsers can cause viewing issues.
